Summary

There are many online insurance adjuster schools online. As a regulated industry, many compete on price, which is not where The Adjuster Guy wants to be.

With the goal of becoming a leader in the market, how can they switch the focus to be on value instead? How should they change their offerings? What makes them better?

Problem

Insurance adjuster licensing is regulated by each state, leaving schools looking more similar than they are different.

Lead by one of the top independent adjusters in the country, The Adjuster Guy sought to build a product that was not only more competitive, but allowed them to feed their passion of helping new adjusters find true success.

Solution

We started by identifying the target customer for The Adjuster Guy, focusing us on a core problem that prospective clients had: what to do after certification.

As we moved through the business strategy project by defining the core messaging, expanded messaging, and marketing plan, we were able to develop a business structure that better met the customer’s needs.

After creating new brand standards based on their existing logo, we wireframed, designed, and built-out a new website. With this foundation in-place, we could set up a lead generation tool, email drip sequence, and on-boarding program—all automated, saving The Adjuster Guy team significant time and money.

With a podcast, members-only group, The Adjuster Guy is making waves in the independent insurance adjuster community.
